Styling consultations and eye examinations are by appointment so that a specialist can dedicate their full time to you. Browsing the collections never requires a booking. If you need to reschedule, a little notice is always appreciated.

Lens orders & timelines
Prescription and specialist lenses are made to order. Timelines depend on the lens type and finish, and we will always confirm an estimate before any work begins.
Warranty & repairs
All eyewear is covered by its manufacturer's warranty against defects. Frame adjustments are complimentary, and repairs or maintenance outside warranty are quoted before we proceed.
Privacy
Any details you share with us — including through the appointment form — are used only to arrange and improve your visit. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
